Zakres zlecenia: We are looking for a skilled Electrical Panel Assembly Technician to assist in the assembly and wiring of industrial control panels for a refrigeration system. The project includes a main control panel and multiple compressor panels with PLC and HMI integration.
Scope of Work
Mechanical assembly of electrical panels (DIN rails, cable ducts, mounting components)
Wiring of power and control circuits according to electrical schematics
Installation and wiring of PLC system
Wiring of HMI panels (TP900 Comfort)
Termination of cables and proper ferruling
Labeling of wires, terminals, and components
Technical Requirements
Proven experience in industrial control panel assembly (not residential wiring)
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
Experience with PLC wiring (preferably Siemens systems)
Knowledge of:
24VDC control systems
400V power systems
Terminal blocks and cable management
Experience with proper separation of:
Power wiring
Control wiring
Analog/signal wiring
