I just received my 65.47 m² house from the developer, which includes two bedrooms, one living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a toilet. I'd like to renovate it based on your suggestions for the project plan.
1. Flooring: All three bedrooms and one living room will be vinyl flooring.
Bathrooms and toilets will have tile floors, and all wet areas (tub and shower) will be tiled up to the ceiling. Tile corners will be at 45-degree angles.
2. All walls will be painted twice.
